I just have to rave about Jules. I posted that my family was looking for a home for 3-6 months in Ojochal in a WhatsApp group and she responded to me that she had one available that would fit my family's needs. Boy did she deliver!!!! She set up the perfect move in situation for us and the house is immaculate. We had a great experience with Jules today. She took my dad and me around Ojochal to show us a few properties, and even before meeting in person, she spent about 20 minutes on the phone with us to really understand what we're looking for and what would suit us best. We actually started out with a completely different idea, and Jules truly helped open our eyes to what makes sense in this area — where to focus, what works long term, and what to look out for when investing. Her insights were incredibly valuable, and she even showed us her own rental cabin to get some ideas and inspiration, which made everything feel very real and practical. What a magic time in Ojochal! The only regret: staying only one month. Jules' casita was perfect. The outdoor living space was a big wow factor. We spent so much time outside. We were with a baby, so the generator and the air-conditioning were life changing during our stay. You will find anything you need at the house. And what about the host? Jules is so amazing! She truly cares about the people staying with her. She is super reactive and proactive. She made our stay perfectly comfortable and made it super easy with baby. She was also super useful for tips and recommendations. In brief, I 100% recommend you to stay with Jules in Ojochal.

I am currently renting one of Jules properties that she listed in May. She immediately answered my inquiry, sent a great video tour (because I was out of the country) and answered all my questions. We received all the paperwork, signed the lease and that whole process was very easy. Upon my arrival she sent all the information I would need to get to the house and it is easily the best house I have ever rented and it is so helpful knowing that Jules is around for anything I need. Not only does she know everything about this zone and has the best refferals for everything, but she is also very on top of any repairs that need to be done and very quick to respond to anything. I am so grateful to have met her through renting this home and I know that this business is a great asset and resource for everyone who works with her.

We had everything organized from the beginning to the end of our trip and no detail was spared! We had a really lovely stay in The Retreat Uvita. The place is beautiful, comfortable, and felt like a great home base for our time in the area. The pool was absolutely amazing — our children loved it, and it was perfect for families. The location worked very well for us. Having a car definitely makes getting around easier, but since we had one it was simple to explore nearby places and beaches. A couple of small things came up during our stay, but the hosts were very responsive and took quick action to help and resolve everything, which we really appreciated. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this place to others.

This was our favourite of the accommodations we had in CR. It is a beautiful and comfortable space. It is worth taking note that there are four units to rent on the property that share the outdoor kitchen and pool - would be ideal if you are travelling with grandparents or another family. The pool is perfect for all ages - a few different depths and seating areas. My daughter and I really liked the handcrafted soaps and shampoo.

Jules space was beautiful, from the gardens to the pool to living space. Beds were extremely comfortable and everything was spotless. Appreciated the beach towels and option of doing laundry. The Retreat is a quick drive to supermercado and was so nice to have a kitchen to cook some home meals while travelling, especially with kids 😊 Jules was an attentive and helpful host.

Jules was great and super helpful with recommendations! The house is super cute and great pool. Only thing was the road to get in was a bit rough but manageable and the gate was broken but she said both were supposed to be fixed soon.

We loved our stay in Uvita. The accommodation was very nice, clean and the beds super comfortable. Jules responded quickly when we had questions. As a bonus, we had a sloth that lives in a tree next to the pool.

This may be one the best Airbnb's we have stayed at - impeccably clean, beautifully designed, with an amazing large pool. And to top it off, red macaws hang out in the large trees right behind the property. I would highly recommend this place for a relaxing stay!

We had a great time here. The accommodation was high quality, spacious and well equipped. The outdoor areas are very pleasant with the swimming pool and the patio with a barbecue. We could even do a load of laundry. Power outages are common in Costa Rica, and Jules was very responsive in finding solutions. We highly recommend his accommodation, which is also very well located in Uvita, close to the whale tail and the access to the beach and the national park.

The place was everything we could've wanted for our stay. The yard was beautiful and perfect for relaxing and the ac inside worked great when you needed a break from the heat. Jules was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay would definitely book again.

Perfect house and host. She welcomed us in heavy rain. The days after beautiful weather. We really enjoyed the swimming pool. We were surprised to be the only guest. There are 4 units, but we were the only ones. So we had a private pool! Really recommend the place. Very comfy. Huge beds! Good kitchen.

It was wonderful in Casita 4. The pool is really big, and there are shallow areas for children. We saw and heard many macaws. The plants and flowers in the garden are simply fantastic. Jules always responded to our questions super quickly and helpfully. The location is fantastic, a great mix of quiet and central. It's also worth mentioning that the bedding has a nice, neutral smell, and everything seems to be free of chemicals. We were also very happy with the stainless steel pan. It's really a beautiful place! The accommodation is modern, comfortable and very functional. The kitchen is well equipped, and the outdoor pool is perfect for relaxing and having a good time. We stayed here for a few nights with our sons (5 years old) and were completely satisfied. We even extended our stay. The complex is very nicely designed, the pool is a hit, and we also liked the location. Jules was super helpful and quick to respond when we needed something.
